I’m From The 90s.

No, I wasn’t born in the 80s. I’m from the 90s… born only a few months after the collapse of the Berlin wall. I was raised in Sofia, Bulgaria, a country that the Communist Bloc rigorously chew and spit with indifference, leaving us, the children of change, dazed and confused… with a sense of questionable belonging to ‘strong roots’ we had no memory of. Since an early age I was dreaming to leave Bulgaria and make a life for myself abroad. I enrolled to study in the UK. I travelled. I was exploring the West… until I met Philip. A boy born and bred in the the Kingdom of Denmark. A boy that used to splurge on McDonalds and watch the...

On the Way to Our New Adventure!

Here we are – all ready to roll. Philip has left behind his working uniform and we are going for the city chic look. Now I’m all in for converting him into a part-time fashion blogger. Well, good luck with that. hehe Her VERO Moda Linen Trousers (here) // Pumps by & Other Stories (here) // Ruffle Crop Top by Club L (here) // Bag by Leo Wulff (here) // Watch by Boom Watches (here) // Him Shirt by Tommy Hilfiger (here) // Lobby Trousers by Hope (here) or G-Star Pharrell Williams (here) // Belt by Tommy Hilfiger (here) The only problem with starting over is that despite all the blissful expectations we have for the future, the road that leads to it is...

Inspiration is ‘You’

The sun decided to pay us a visit while we were strolling down the streets of Århus! One of the most beautiful cities in Denmark, if you ask ME, which any proud Copenhagen-er (I did not just say that) would immediately argue against. But hey, I’m not Danish so I don’t really have a deep sense of belonging to The City. But the thing is – Århus inspired me. I could definitely see myself waking up here, taking long walks with Sofia, observing the people, writing at cosy cafes, and enjoying the beautiful scenery and cosy vibes. And yes, I do have a feeling that one day we will own a flat exactly here.White Shirt by Zara, alternative by D Brand (here)...

Ruffle Striped Top and Mini Backpack in Red

My style has changed a lot since I moved to Denmark. Back in the day I would go for bright and bold colours, but after only a few months in Denmark I began playing it safe, probably subconsciously doing my best to fit in the Danish minimalistic world. Well, with the days becoming longer and the sun shining bright, I decided that it’s time to shake up my style a bit and let my personality shine through my clothes. Thought my outfit is quite minimalistic – it’s my bag and shoes that make it pop. I went for a ruffle striped top (1 and 2), ankle length high waist cigarette jeans, my funky mini suede backpack in red (here) and favourite leopard print boots. Boohoo...

Road Trip Outfit

With the flat out of the picture, as well as Philip’s job, we’re all ready to dedicate plenty of time to travelling. We’re starting off our journey at his mom’s place, up in Jylland, before we hop on the plane to Bulgaria. Sneaks by Reebok (here) // Nudie Jeans (here) // Sunglasses by Quay Australia (here) // Rose Carrara Cream watch by Abbott & Mosley (here) // Alternative to my bag by Polo Ralph Lauren (here) // White Tee Franklin &Marshall (here) It feels so damn good to know that now we have the opportunity to do exactly what we want with our lives. And since I’m a travel junkie, I will be taking Philip on some pretty marvellous adventures from now on I’ve decided. Hence my big smile! Hopefully, we’ll be travelling quite a lot that summer, something that I...
